Rules

1.- The short films must have a maximum duration of forty-five minutes. And for feature films over 45 minutes.

2.- In case the language of speech is not Spanish, it must be subtitled in Spanish or English.

3.- Any natural or legal person of any nationality can participate.

4. The number of movies that each artist can present to the festival is unlimited.

5. All themes are accepted.

7.- Shipping method: Will only be accepted via On-line, through the associated platforms. If the link is not public, you must enter the password. If not, the movie will be automatically disqualified.

REGISTRATION DEADLINES

The reception of works will be from May 26, 2023 until February 2nd, 2024.

NOTIFICATION

The selected works will be published on February 07, 2024, at the festival sites:

OFFICIAL SELECTION

The selected works will be live screening, during the festival in February 2024, according to the program of the 10th edition of the Festival, published well in advance.

SELECTED MOVIE REQUIREMENTS

Once the selection of a film by the Festival has been made for any of the Sections, it can not be withdrawn.

The inscription of a film to competition in the Festival assumes the full acceptance and fulfillment of the present Bases of Participation and of its possible annexes.

The projection copy must be sent on line with sufficient time.

PROGRAMMING AND EXHIBITION RIGHTS

During the celebration of the contest, the organization reserves the right to exhibit the selected films in as many public sessions as it deems appropriate.

These participation bases may be supplemented or modified, prior to the start date of the Festival, with as many other annexes as the Organization deems appropriate.

The interpretation of these will be exclusively the responsibility of the Festival Directorate.

Reglas

1.- Los cortometrajes deberán tener una duración máxima de cuarenta y cinco minutos. Y para largometrajes de más de 45 minutos.

2.- En caso de que el idioma del discurso no sea el español, deberá estar subtitulado en español o inglés.

3.- Podrá participar cualquier persona física o jurídica de cualquier nacionalidad.

4. La cantidad de películas que cada artista puede presentar al festival es ilimitada.

5. Se aceptan todos los temas.

7.- Forma de envío: Sólo se aceptará vía On-line, a través de las plataformas asociadas. Si el enlace no es público, debe ingresar la contraseña. De lo contrario, la película será automáticamente descalificada.

PLAZOS DE INSCRIPCIÓN

La recepción de obras será desde el 26 de mayo de 2023 hasta el 2 de febrero de 2024.

NOTIFICACIÓN

Las obras seleccionadas serán publicadas el 07 de febrero de 2024, en los sitios del festival:

SELECCIÓN OFICIAL

Las obras seleccionadas serán proyectadas en vivo, durante el festival en febrero de 2024, según el programa de la 10ª edición del Festival, publicado con mucha antelación.

REQUISITOS DE PELÍCULAS SELECCIONADAS

Una vez realizada la selección de una película por parte del Festival para cualquiera de las Secciones, ésta no podrá ser retirada.

La inscripción de una película a competición en el Festival supone la plena aceptación y cumplimiento de las presentes Bases de Participación y de sus eventuales anexos.

La copia de proyección debe ser enviada en línea con tiempo suficiente.

DERECHOS DE PROGRAMACIÓN Y EXPOSICIÓN

Durante la celebración del certamen, la organización se reserva el derecho de exhibir las películas seleccionadas en tantas sesiones públicas como estime oportuno.

DISPOSICIONES ADICIONALES

Estas bases de participación podrán ser complementadas o modificadas, con anterioridad a la fecha de inicio del Festival, con cuantos otros anexos estime oportunos la Organización.

La interpretación de las mismas será competencia exclusiva de la Dirección del Festival.
